NEPC has a staff and worker team that is reasonably structured and of high quality, 3581 staff and workers on payroll, among them, 175 persons holding senior professional title, 436 persons holding middle level professional title, and 59 persons holding the titles of level one constructor engineers.
NEPC has an asset worth 1191million yuan RMB, it possesses varieties of heavy duty construction plant and equipment totaling over 2100 sets. NEPC was founded in the year 1951, came into existence by the bank of Hunhe River on the black soil of Northeast China .
